The Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC) tournament will be held this week in Greensboro, North Carolina. Our Jerry Humphrey III will be attending the event covering the entire tournament.
No. 16 Miami clinched their second-ever No. 1 seed in the ACC Tournament and second-ever ACC regular-season title. They share the regular-season crown with No. 13 Virginia, which also finished 15-5 in tournament games this season. The last three No. 1 seeds in the ACC Tournament have all failed to win the conference championship dating back to 2017 (Virginia).
The home state teams in UNC, Duke, Wake Forest and NC State look to make the hometown fans proud as they will be playing as underdogs heading into this week tournament.
